The location is ideal, with easy access to both
Toronto and Niagara, making it a perfect base for sightseeing. The hotel staff were friendly and attentive, although I found the breakfast options a bit limited and could use more variety.

Ask for room spray if food odors linger, as we had to request this for a more comfortable stay.

Perfect for families!
We just spent 2 nights, and it was awesome! The location is super convenient, close to everything. Our room was huge, great for our baby’s playpen. The shampoo and soaps were a nice surprise. The EV chargers were always open, which was perfect! One hiccup was at check-in. they forgot our extra pillows, but still, great stay overall.

The Hilton Garden Inn in Oakville impressed me right from the beginning. Staff at check-in were friendly and efficient. The lobby had a modern feel, all clean and inviting. My room, the Queen Room with Two Queen Beds, was spacious, accommodating my family comfortably. I appreciated the big fridge and microwave, making it easy to store snacks for the kids. The beds provided a restful sleep, but I found the mattress a bit too soft for my liking, leading to some back discomfort. The location was excellent, right near the highway but still quiet, perfect for exploring the area. The highlight for me was the breakfast. Plenty of options available, and the quality of food stood out. One issue I did face was with the air conditioning. it was a bit noisy and took some time to cool the room. Also, the pool was nice, but I felt it could use better maintenance as it was a bit chilly for my taste. Overall, the staff's friendliness made a big difference in the stay. Improvements could be made in the room's temperature control and pool maintenance, but I would still consider returning.

The lobby had such a warm, inviting decor that made me feel right at home. The staff was exceptionally attentive, ensuring everything was easily accessible for seniors like me, especially when I needed assistance with my luggage.
More handrails in the hallways would be helpful.

Perfect for families with kids
Had an opportunity to request connecting rooms with my kids. And guess what? They fulfilled it without hesitation! Plus, after a long day, I was so relieved to find that the bed and pillows were beyond comfortable!
It was a bit pricey, but you know what? Totally worth it.

I recently spent 4 nights here and was really impressed by the cozy atmosphere and the tasty breakfast each morning. The indoor pool and hot tub were perfect for unwinding after a long day. Just a heads up, the gym could use some lighter weights, but overall, it was a fantastic stay! 😊

The room was super comfy, and the hot tub was just what we needed after a long day. Loved how spacious the place felt. The location made getting around a breeze!
But seriously, they might want to consider training their staff in the art of smiling. I mean, a hint of enthusiasm wouldn't hurt, right?
